2020 Market Statistics

Happy February!

We are in the midst of a hot Seller’s Market where homes - when priced right - go into escrow within 7 days of hitting the market. While there were 120 homes on the market in January 2021, just 1 year ago there were 237 listed! And 2 Januarys ago, there were 349 homes on the market!

What does this tell us? Homes are not sticking around long! This is most especially true if you price your property correctly. Buyers, who are benefiting from record low mortgage rates, are flocking to these new listings and many Sellers have the luxury of choosing from multiple offers.
