Stephanie Gavin, who was raised in the beautiful Conejo Valley, is in the Top 1.5% of real estate professionals nationwide. Stephanie first got started in real estate by working with a team that she helped run and grow. She fine-tuned her skills and was proud to be -part of a successful top producing team in Southern California. Once she realized it was time to create her own brand, she developed the Stephanie Gavin Group, which now consists of savvy and experienced Realtors, her assistant, transaction coordinators, and a marketing director.
She is an expert negotiator, an over-communicator, and a true customer driven Realtor dedicated to achieving results and providing exceptional service. Steph becomes emotionally invested with each client, their story, and serves them with a personal approach full of great attention to detail and care, as if they were part of her own family. Her client's intention behind the sale is kept in mind with each move she makes, and negotiating the best, most fair price is absolutely critical to her.
Steph's knowledge and expertise of Oak Park, Agoura Hills, Westlake Village and the surrounding areas, is extensive. She attended the Oak Park Unified School District and knows firsthand how incredible the schools are in the area. So much that she has chosen to raise her three young children nearby her childhood home.
After graduating from UC Irvine with a degree in Psychology and Social Behavior, Steph followed her passion for helping others by becoming a Licensed Realtor on February 1, 2011. She has consistently helped ensure smooth, seamless transactions, while also setting new records for high sales in various neighborhoods. Her greatest priorities include over-communication with her clients throughout the entire process, while answering all of their questions as they arise. She provides guidance, knowledge, and a compassionate heart in order to help them make the best possible decisions throughout the home buying and selling journey.

Olivia Salinas
Olivia Salinas is a true Los Angeles native who decided to lay down roots in the Conejo Valley in 2016. A decade spent in hospitality and the business side of the entertainment industry has instilled in her the importance of impeccable communication and integrity, and the firm conviction that both are vital to keeping a successful transaction alive. Her time in these fast-paced, demanding environments was invaluable in developing her mastery of how to identify and satisfy each client’s unique needs while working under the pressure of tight schedules and multi-million Dollar budgets. After a frustrating experience trying to find a home for her own family, Olivia became a licensed realtor in 2019, combining her love of problem-solving with a desire to help others navigate the home-buying process and create a positive, smooth, and pleasant experience for buyers and sellers alike. Olivia lives in Agoura with her horses, a dog, a barn cat, her husband, and their daughters.
Reena Dutta
Reena Dutta has called SoCal home for 22 years. She comes from a background in healthcare administration, contracting, financial services and marketing to bear when working with her real estate clients.
Reena Dutta attended Columbia University earning an MBA in Finance & Marketing and an MPH in Health Administration. Her experience in market research and contract negotiation along with her communication and analytical skills in business give her a unique insight into how to provide the best service for her clients.
Reena Dutta entered the real estate world in order to serve others, and assist with huge life milestones and seamless real estate transactions. She loves helping others accomplish homeownership as well as helping homeowners accomplish their financial and transactional objectives.
Reena Dutta lives in Thousand Oaks, CA with her two wonderful kids. During her spare time, she enjoys writing, music, art, and yoga.
Cheryl Piper
Stephanie is proud to have Transaction Coordinator, Cheryl Piper on her team. Cheryl masterfully communicates with agents, buyers, and sellers, to ensure contract timelines are met and all paperwork is executed with ease. Cheryl brings forth a great deal of enthusiasm, compassion, and kindness to the transaction. Her heart is as big as her vast knowledge of real estate. Cheryl is organized, and responsive, and is always happy to take a phone call in order to provide clarity on documents and the transaction as a whole. In her free time, she loves spending time with her grandbaby and daughter who live nearby.
Patrick Bulmer
Patrick Bulmer, or “Marketing Magician”, as Steph calls him, is her team’s lead marketing director and graphic designer. He effectively works with Steph to develop marketing campaigns and buyer-seller conversion strategies that generate real results. Growing up the son of a 3rd generation Architect and Engineer, Patrick has spent his entire life surrounded by Real Estate. His love of real estate is only eclipsed by one thing; his love of helping others. Initially on the path to becoming a Psychiatrist, Patrick worked as the manager and group counselor of a local Drug and Alcohol Recovery center before going on to earn his Masters in IO Psychology with a focus on Marketing and Consumer Behavior.
Jester Neil Grenien
Jester Neil Grenien is the executive assistant for the Stephanie Gavin Group. His expertise and knowledge are vast and include graphic work, CRM management, video editing, email campaigns, website management, and more. Jester has a wealth of experience in editing a wide range of videos including promotional videos, event highlights, social media content, and more. With his widespread knowledge about real estate and a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning content, Jester is dedicated to delivering exceptional results targeted to the real estate industry. In his free name, Jester loves to dance. With his team, they have competed in various hip-hop competitions.
